Objective
Creation of N elements from the following list:
● Control module
● Parameter
● Signal
● Message
● Status
● Command or values at CMT
● Function or enumeration
Procedure
1. Select an element in the "Type library" column of the type configurator.
2. Right-click the element or a subelement in the "Type structure" column and select "Create
N".
3. Select the desired object type.
4. Enter a number.
In addition, you have the option of copying and removing via multiple selection.
11.5 Aggregated CMTs
Aggregated CMTs can be created within the type configurator.
Procedure
Note
User actions in the navigator in the @Template folder result in data inconsistency
Objects under the @Template folder may not be modified in the Navigator. These manipulated
CMTs generate inconsistent CMTs under the aggregated CMTs. This inconsistency cannot be
repaired by the type configurator.
An inconsistent state is indicated by the fact that the type configurator is no longer initialized.
Undo the actions that you carried out in the navigator
1. Click "Insert new object" in the "Type library" column and select the desired type
2. Use drag&drop to assign the CMT to the aggregated CMT (drag from the "Type library"
column into the "Type structure" column)
The name can be adapted at copied CMTs
