4.6.5 Force any desired number of signals at the same time

With this procedure you first of all define the desired signal
states for all channels (see also section 4.6.4). Then finally
you enable Forcing globally with the system parameter Force
mode.
Caution
Modification to the signal states and parameters with the
handheld can trigger dangerous movements of the con
nected actuators.
Create first of all a clear starting status for Forcing, before
proceeding as described here (see section 4.6.2).
Brief overview: Force any desired number of signals at the
same time
I. Make sure that the Force mode is disabled globally and that all
channel−specific Force settings are deleted (create clear starting
status, see section 4.6.2).
II. Define desired signal states for all modules and transfer to the
device with Set".
III. In order to make all desired signal states effective
simultaneously, select the command [Force mode] [enable].
IV. If necessary, modify further signal states channel−by−channel.

Brief overview of the procedure
Warning
If you set the system parameter Force mode to [enable], all
channel−specific Force settings will become effective im
mediately. Depending on the functioning of the machine/
system, the manipulation of signal states may cause seri
ous injury to human beings or damage to property.
Be very careful when Forcing in order to avoid damage.
