INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
FUEL LEVEL SENDING UNIT FAILURE —
TEST
4 Turn the ignition off.
Gain access to the body harness C308 connector by removing the rear seat cushion.
Disconnect the C308 harness connector.
Measure the resistance between ground and the Fuel Level Sensor Ground circuit.
Is the resistance below 10.0 ohms?
Yes → Replace the Fuel Pump Module.
→ Repair the Ground circuit for an open.
No
5 Turn the ignition on.
With the DRB, enter Body Computer then Sensors and observe the fuel level
voltage.
Is the voltage above 9.0 volts?
Yes → Repair the Fuel Level Sensor Signal circuit for an open.
→ Test Complete.
No
ACTION
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
