Viewing pictures recorded on
tape on a computer – USB
Streaming (For Windows users)
Notes
•When you view images on a computer with the
USB connection, the following may occur. This
is not a malfunction.
– The image shakes up and down.
– Some images are not displayed correctly due
to noise, etc.
– Some images are displayed with the cracking
noise.
– Images of different colour systems to that of
your camcorder are not displayed correctly.
•When your camcorder is during standby with a
cassette inserted, it turns off automatically after
five minutes.
•We recommend setting DEMO MODE to OFF
in the menu settings when your camcorder is
during standby, and no cassette is inserted.
•Indicators on the screen of your camcorder do
not appear on images that are captured into the
computer.
•If you capture a fast moving picture, the
monitor window may not move smoothly. You
can make the picture move more smoothly by
shifting the upper right slider on the bottom of
the monitor window to the left, although this
reduces the picture quality.
•You cannot carry out any "Memory Stick"
operations during the USB Streaming function.
If image data cannot be transferred by the
USB connection
The USB driver has been registered incorrectly as
the computer was connected to your camcorder
before installation of the USB driver was
complete. Reinstall the USB driver following the
procedure on page 196.
If any trouble occurs
Close all running applications, then restart the
computer.
Carry out the following operations after
quitting the application:
– Disconnect the USB cable.
– Turn the POWER switch to the other position
on your camcorder.

Remarques
•Les phénomènes suivants peuvent se présenter
lorsque vous regardez les images sur
l'ordinateur par une connexion USB. C'est
normal.
– L'image vacille perpendiculairement.
– Certaines images sont parasitées, etc.
– Un craquement est audible pendant
l'affichage de certaines images.
– Les images enregistrées dans un autre
système couleur que celui du caméscope ne
sont pas affichées correctement.
•Si le caméscope est en mode de pause et qu'une
cassette est insérée, il s'éteint automatiquement
au bout de cinq minutes.
•Il est conseillé de régler DEMO MODE sur OFF
dans les paramètres du menu lorsque le
caméscope est en mode de pause et qu'aucune
cassette n'est insérée.
•Les indicateurs affichés à l'écran du caméscope
n'apparaissent pas sur les images saisies par
l'ordinateur.
•Si vous saisissez une image animée très rapide,
l'image dans la fenêtre de contrôle risque d'être
saccadée. L'image sera moins saccadée si vous
poussez le curseur supérieur droit au bas de la
fenêtre de contrôle vers la gauche, mais elle
sera de moins bonne qualité.
•Vous ne pouvez pas effectuer d'opérations avec
le « Memory Stick » pendant l'emploi de la
fonction USB Streaming.
Si les images ne peuvent pas être transférées
par la connexion USB
Le pilote USB a mal été enregistré car le
caméscope a été raccordé à l'ordinateur avant
l'installation complète du pilote USB. Réinstallez
le pilote USB en procédant comme indiqué à la
page 196.
En cas de problème
Fermez toutes les applications, puis redémarrez
l'ordinateur.
Effectuez les opérations suivantes après avoir
fermé l'application :
– Débranchez le câble USB.
– Changez la position du commutateur POWER
sur le caméscope.
