Recording still images on
"Memory Stick"

– Memory Photo recording

You can record still images on the "Memory
Stick" during tape recording or tape recording
standby
See page 60 for details.
When the POWER switch is set to MEMORY
The following functions do not work:
– Digital zoom
– Super NightShot
– Colour Slow Shutter
– Wide mode
– Fader
– Picture effect
– Digital effect
– SPORTS of PROGRAM AE (The indicator
flashes.)
– Title
– SteadyShot
During saving a still image data
You cannot turn off the power or press PHOTO.
When you press PHOTO on the Remote
Commander
Your camcorder immediately records the image
that is on the screen when you press the button.
When you press PHOTO lightly in step 1
The image momentarily flickers. This is not a
malfunction.
Recording data
The recording data (date/time or various settings
when recorded) do not appear during recording.
However, they are recorded automatically onto
the "Memory Stick." To display the recording
data, press DATA CODE during playback. You
can also use the Remote Commander for this
operation (p. 53).
If you record still images when the POWER
switch is set to MEMORY
The angle of view is slightly larger compared
with the angle of view when the POWER switch
is set to CAMERA.

– Transitions en fondu
– Effet d'image
– Effet numérique
– SPORTS de PROGRAM AE (l'indicateur
clignote)
– Titre
– Stabilisateur
Pendant la sauvegarde d'images fixes
Il n'est pas possible d'éteindre le caméscope ni
d'appuyer sur PHOTO.
Lorsque vous appuyez sur PHOTO de la
télécommande
L'image qui apparaît à l'écran au moment où
vous appuyez sur la touche est immédiatement
enregistrée.
Lorsque vous appuyez légèrement sur PHOTO
à l'étape 1
L'image vacille momentanément. C'est normal.
Données d'enregistrement
Les données d'enregistrement (date/heure ou
divers réglages valides lors de l'enregistrement)
n'apparaissent pas pendant l'enregistrement.
Toutefois elles sont enregistrées sur le « Memory
Stick ». Pour les afficher, appuyez sur DATA
CODE lors de la lecture. Vous pouvez aussi
utiliser la télécommande pour cette opération
(p. 53).
Si vous enregistrez des images fixes lorsque le
commutateur POWER est en position
MEMORY
L'angle de vue est légèrement plus grand que
lorsque le commutateur POWER est en position
CAMERA.
