Using "Memory Stick"
– Introduction
On handling
•When you carry or store the "Memory Stick,"
put it in its case.
•Prevent metallic objects or your finger from
coming into contact with the metal parts of the
connecting section.
•Do not bend, drop or apply strong shock to the
"Memory Stick."
•Do not disassemble or modify the "Memory
Stick."
•Do not let the "Memory Stick" get wet.
On location for use
Do not use or keep the "Memory Stick" in
locations that are:
– Extremely hot such as in a car parked in the sun
or under the scorching sun
– Under direct sunlight
– Very humid or subject to corrosive gases
Notes on using the "Memory Stick Duo"
(optional)
•Be sure to insert the "Memory Stick Duo" into
the "Memory Stick Duo" Adaptor when using
the "Memory Stick Duo" with your camcorder.
•Verify that the insert direction of the "Memory
Stick Duo." The use of wrong direction may
cause a malfunction.
•Do not insert the "Memory Stick Duo" not
inserted into the "Memory Stick Duo" Adaptor
into the "Memory Stick"-compatible unit. This
may cause a malfunction of the unit.
Note on using the "Memory Stick PRO"
(optional)
The "Memory Stick PRO" with a capacity up to 1
GB can be used with this camcorder.
The "Memory Stick" formatted by a
computer
The "Memory Stick" formatted by Windows OS
or Macintosh computers does not have a
guaranteed compatibility with your camcorder.

connecteur avec des objets métalliques ou les

•Ne pliez pas le « Memory Stick » et ne le laissez
pas tomber. Ne l'exposez pas non plus à des
chocs.
•Ne démontez pas et ne modifiez pas le
« Memory Stick ».
•Ne mouillez pas le « Memory Stick ».
Lieu d'utilisation
N'utilisez pas le « Memory Stick » dans les lieux
suivants :
– Extrêmement chauds, comme dans une voiture
garée en plein soleil ou sous un soleil torride
– Exposés aux rayons directs du soleil
– Très humides ou exposés à des gaz corrosifs
Remarques sur le « Memory Stick Duo » (en
optional)
•Si vous voulez utiliser un « Memory Stick
Duo » avec ce caméscope, insérez-le dans
l'adaptateur de « Memory Stick Duo ».
•Vérifiez l'orientation du « Memory Stick Duo »
avant de l'insérer. Une mauvaise orientation
peut entraîner un problème.
•Le « Memory Stick Duo » doit être inséré dans
l'adaptateur de « Memory Stick Duo » pour
pouvoir être inséré dans un appareil compatible
avec le système de « Memory Stick ». Sinon
l'appareil peut être endommagé.
