The facsimile machine moves on to the next parameter: "Closed Network" (YES/NO).
12. To confirm the option displayed, move straight on to the next step or press
the alternative option.

Having finished programming the parameters for speed dialling code 06, the facsimile
machine automatically moves on to the parameters to be programmed for the next speed
dialling code.
Repeat the procedure from step 6 if you want to continue to program the remaining codes or
press STOP twice to exit from the menu.

PRINTING PROGRAMMED DATA

You can print the data programmed on the 30 one-touch dialling keys and 100 speed dialling codes.
This enables you to check that the numbers (facsimile and telephone) and data set for each key
or code (user name, transmission speed and closed network settings) are correct, and which keys
or codes have been programmed. In addition, if you keep a copy beside the facsimile machine,
you will be able to see which user a given number corresponds to at a glance.
The data is printed:
-
in progressive numerical order , if no names have been associated with the numbers
-
in alphabetical order , if the correspondents' names have been associated with the facsimile
numbers.
The parameters not set for a given key or code will be marked with "--". Unprogrammed keys or
codes are not printed.
To print this data, once programmed, proceed as follows (the example refers to speed dialling
codes):
1. Press DIAL DIR.
