REDUCTION
Enables you to automatically reduce the documents received to 70% of their original size. The
available values are 70, 73, 76, 80, 84, 89 and 94. The best value to choose depends on the size
of the document, as indicated below:
- A4 / 94%
- LETTER / 89%
- LEGAL / disabled (NO)
PRINT OVERFLOW
Enables or disables printing, on one or more additional sheets, of any information that does not
fit on the paper size chosen for received documents.
QUALITY PRINTING ?
Enables or disables quality printing of the documents. When this parameter is disabled, documents
can be printed in draft mode, which requires less ink than quality printing.
QUALITY COPIES ?
Enables or disables quality reproduction ("PROPRIETARY") of copied documents.
RESOLUTION AFTER TX/COPY
Enables you to select the type of resolution adopted during the transmitting/copying of documents.
The available settings are STANDARD and FINE. The setting of this parameter has no effect if the
"QUALITY COPIES ?" parameter is set to Yes.

ECM
Used for enabling or disabling Error Correction Mode. This function eliminates errors caused by
a telephone line with a lot of interference. It must however be activated at the same time on both
the sending and receiving facsimile machines. It must be remembered that this function increases
the time required for transmission.
DEL FAILED POLL TX DOC
Used for enabling or disabling the clearing of a previously stored document at the end of the polling
transmission session.
MONITOR LINE
When this parameter is enabled you can hear the signals exchanged by the sending and receiving
machines in the initial phase of the connection.
