CAUSE
The print head has been replaced or
reinserted incorrectly.
There is one or more false contacts.

Cleaning the Electrical Contacts on the Print Head

1. Turn off the facsimile.
2. Lift the operator console and
open the print
compartment cover.
5. Having reinserted the print head previously removed, close the print head compartment
cover, lower the operator console andturn on the facsimile.

carry out the "Automatic Nozzle Cleaning and
Testing Procedure".
Carry out the "Cleaning the Electrical Contacts
of the Print Head" procedure and then carry out
the "Automatic Nozzle Cleaning and Testing
Procedure".
Replace the print head.
