7.12.4 Saving / Reloading all presets
To save all presets of the device to a file on the computer:
1) Click "Import All Presets" .
2) Confirm the security prompt for loading the presets . All presets will
be loaded from DRM-884 to the computer . The loading progress
is indicated under "Progress:" .
3) Confirm the security prompt for saving the presets to the computer .
4) Select the storage location and the file name .
To reload presets that have been saved to the computer:
1) Click "Export All Presets" .
2) Open the file containing the presets saved . All presets from the
file will be saved to DRM-884 . The progress is indicated under
"Progress:" .
7.12.5 Copying settings
The settings of an input channel can be copied to any other input
channels . Likewise, the settings of an output channel can be trans-
ferred to other output channels .
1) Select the channel whose settings are to be transferred to other
channels: Click the name of the channel [37] for inputs or [42] for

outputs (
fig . 20 in chapter 7 .6) .
2) Call up the view "Save/Load/Copy" .
The name of the input or output selected can be found in the field

7.13.1 Switching the relays
"Relay I" and "Relay II" are used to switch the two relays (13) . When
the button is green, the relay contact is closed . The relay status defined
here will be saved to a configuration .

7.13.2 Resetting a configuration
"Restore Default Setting" is used to reset all parameters to the default
settings . The display (1) will show "Default" instead of a preset . The
presets saved to DRM-884 will be preserved .
"Restore to Factory Setting" is used to reset DRM-884 to the factory
settings . To preserve the presets that have been saved, save these
presets to the computer before resetting and reload the presets to
DRM-884 again after resetting (
Important: Use the function "Restore to Factory Setting" after firm-
ware update and when faults occur .
7.13.3 Renaming the device
In the category "Device Name", another name can be entered for
DMR-884, e . g . to distinguish between the devices when multiple
DRM-884 devices are used . To reset the name to "DRM-884", use
"Default" .
Note: When renaming the device, please note that there are restrictions regard-
ing special characters that can be shown on the display of the device (
in chapter 7 .6) .
7.13.4 Locking the device, changing the password
To lock the device against unauthorized operation, click "Lock Sys-
tem" . To unlock, the password is required . The default password is
"8888" .
To change the password, click "Password Setting" . The following
window will appear:

1) Enter the current password in the field "Current Password" .
2) Enter the new password in the field "New Password" .
3) To confirm, enter the new password in the field "Confirm
Password" once again . Make sure to remember the password!
4) Click "Yes" to confirm or "Cancel" to cancel .
7.14 Exiting the program
To exit the program, go to the menu item "System Exit" or close
the program window . If necessary, close the configuration window
previously .
8 Operation of the Microphone DRM-884RC
8.1 Presettings
To set up the microphone, connect the microphone to the master de-
vice DRM-884 . Start the control program in the "Daisy Chain Network
Mode", place a block for DRM-884RC in the device constellation, enter
the device ID assigned and connect the master device in the program
