Statistics
Displaying virtual port statistics through BCU
Use the vport --stats command to display statistics.
vport --stats <port_id> vpwwn
where:
port_id
vpwwn

VLAN Statistics (CNAs only)

The HCM and BCU display statistics related to a specific VLAN, such as VLAN ID, VLAN name,
number of transmit and receive bytes, length of time between byte transmission and reception, and
correction status. You can also use options to set the polling frequency, start polling, and reset
statistics.
Displaying VLAN statistics through HCM
To display the VLAN Statistics dialog box, use the following steps.
1. Select an Ethernet port from the device tree.
2. Select Monitor > Statistics > VLAN Statistics from the main menu.
The VLAN Statistics dialog box displays.
Displaying VLAN statistics through BCU
Use the vlan --query command to display VLAN statistics (Windows systems only).
vlan --query <vlan_id> {<port_id>|<team_name>}
where:
vlan_id
port_id
team_name

ID of the port for which you want to display rport statistics. This could be the
PWWN, port hardware path, or user-specified port name. This could also be
the adapter-index/port-index. For example, to specify adapter 1, port 1 you
would use 1/1 as the port identification.
Displays the statistics for the virtual port by its WWN. If no PWWN is specified,
the information provided is for the base vport.
Specifies the VLAN identifier. The range for the VLAN ID is 1 to 4094.
Specifies the Ethernet port associated with the VLAN. This could be the
PWWN, port hardware path, or user-specified port name. This could also be
the adapter-index/port-index. For example, to specify adapter 1, port 1, you
would use 1/1 as the port identification.
Specifies the team name.
