Symptom
The water overflows the
NetCol5000-A.
The humidity of the
computer room is high, or
condensate water generates.
Issue 13 (2019-01-15)
Possible Cause
The drainpipe does not
connect to the pump, or the
lift between the drainpipe
and the water chiller is set to
an appropriate value.
The general circuit breaker
or water pump circuit
breaker is disconnected.
The water pump is faulty.
Water level floats are faulty.
The inlet pipe and drainpipe
leak.
The self-drainpipe is
blocked.
The total load of servers,
relative to a single smart
cooling product, is less than
10 kW.

6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
Ensure that the drainpipe
correctly connect to the
pump, and ensure that the
lift of the drainpipe is
shorter than 3.5 m.
Check the status of the
circuit breakers.
Check the alarms displayed
on the LCD, cables to the
pump, whether the water
pump runs properly, and
replace the water pump if
necessary. Switch the plug
screw, as shown in
5-7, to discharge air, then
switch off it.
Check alarms displayed on
the LCD, cables to the high
and low water level floats,
whether the water level
floats are damaged, and
replace the water level floats
if necessary.
Check the inlet pipe and
drainpipe and the
connectors. Rectify any
leakage and fasten the
connectors.
Check that no blocks and
frost in the self-drainpipe.
 Make sure that the doors,
windows, floor, and
ceiling of the datacenter
room/container
environment are sealed
well.
 If the outside
environment humidity is
too high, shut down the
fresh air system.
 In modular datacenter,
open the modular doors
and ceilings, or open
some false panel on the
IT rack.
