Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1. Remove two T-30 screws, with flat washer,
at the bottom of the front panel. On PD
models these will be T-30 security screws.
TeCH TiP: These screws may have come
from the factory with thread lock. Applying
some upward pressure on the bottom of the
panel while removing the screws may assist
in removal. Make sure not to damage the
front panel in the process.
2. Grasp the panel on the sides and pull the
bottom edge out.
3. Drop the top edge down and pull the panel
away from the washer.

4. Inside the front panel is a rubber edge
cover, around the door opening.

5. A noise and vibration dampening material
is adhered to the lower portion of the inside
front panel.
6. There are four rubber pad strips on the front
edge of each side panel to help reduce
vibration of the front panel.
7. On the top left and right corners of the
front panel are nylon locator pins. When
reinstalling the front panel, position these
pins up into holes in the bottom of the
control panel sides.

8. Move the bottom of the front panel in,
toward the washer. At the bottom left and
right side corners are nylon locator pins.
These support bottom edges of front panel.
