Tire Chains
Use o n ly tire chains th a t are tested
and recom m ended by us. Any
MERCEDES-BENZ service station
w ill be glad to advise you on this
subject.
C hains sh o u ld o n ly be used on the
rear w heels. A dhere to the m anufac­
tu re r's m o u n tin g in stru ctio n s.
A fte r d rivin g a sh o rt dista nce re-
tig h te n the m ounted chains.
T ire chains sh o u ld o n ly be driven
on sn ow at speeds not to exceed
50 km /h/30 m ph. Remove chains as
soon as possible w hen d rivin g on
roads w ith o u t snow .
