Retrofitting Corbin Russwin CK4200 grade 1 knobs
current model, 1976 to date
1. Loosen inside rose with spanner
wrench; depress knob retainer.
3. Depress outside knob retainer; remove outside knob.
5. Remove ring with Tru-arc pliers;
remove spindle and cylinder.

Older locks do not have this plate.
2. Remove inside trim;
remove lock from door.
4. Remove knob cap if present.
6. Install Peaks Global cylinder
5400-xx-1004 and reverse above
steps.
