Field modification required.

1590-80-2000 SD/3A tailpiece, vertical,
modified as shown

LSDA (LS)100B, 100P and 100T grade 2 knobs
4700-80-2001 SA/3B tailpiece, horizontal
3450-80-2003 spacing washer
5400-xx-1099 uncombinated and use:
LSDA Single cylinder deadlocks
3450-00-2000 lost motion tailpiece
3450-80-2004 timing washer
or
use LSDA tailpiece and driver.
