De patiënt dient tijdens de meting zo veel mogelijk te ontspannen en mag alleen spreken om zijn
ongemak te melden.

Voordat de eerste meetwaarde wordt geregistreerd, moet er 5 minuten rust worden genomen.

Voor een 24-uursmeting moet de patiënt, indien mogelijk, tijdens een bloeddrukmeting een van de
