Range parameters
The following setup parameters are available. Source or Measure XXXX is decided
by the source setting.
Source Volts: Spot

Measure Volts
The right field is used to set the range value for the FIXED range operation, or the
minimum range value for the AUTO range operation. For the available range
values, see "Output and Measurement Ranges" on page
If the range operation is AUTO, the channel automatically uses the range which
provides the best resolution for the source output value or the measurement value.
If the pulse output is ON and the range operation is AUTO, the measurement
channel uses the minimum range which covers the Limit (Compliance) value.
Measure Ohms
The right field is used to set the resistance measurement range value for the FIXED
operation, or the minimum and maximum ranges for the AUTO operation. For the
available range values, see
for the V/I operation.
For AUTO and FIXED, the channel performs resistance measurement by using the
current source and voltage measure condition automatically set by the resistance
measurement range setting.

For the voltage source. Selects the range operation AUTO
(automatic ranging) or FIXED (fixed range) for the constant
voltage output and the source side voltage measurement.
For the voltage source. Selects the range operation AUTO or
FIXED for the current measurement.
For the current source. Selects the range operation AUTO or
FIXED for the constant current output and the source side
current measurement.
For the current source. Selects the range operation AUTO or
FIXED for the voltage measurement.
Selects the resistance measurement operation AUTO,
FIXED, or V/I.
