2. Inspect the spindle for other obstructions that may prevent proper rotation.
3. The spindle bearings may need to be replaced.
Problem: Spindle motor will not turn on.
Possible solutions:
1. Check motor brushes.
Problem: Motor belt will not stay on pulley.
Possible solutions:
1. Motor belt is probably worn and needs to be replaced.
