Fuel Preparation/Fuel Injection

Switch off ignition.

If the specification is achieved:

Replace lambda probe.

If the specification is not achieved:

K -

Connect test box V.A.G 1598/22 to the wiring

loom to the engine control unit.

Test the following cable connections for open

circuit, short circuit to positive or to earth,

and repair if necessary:

Connector at wiring

loom, contact

If the cable connection is o.k., replace engine

control unit.

Test box V.A.G 1598/22
