If the calibration fails again, the hydrogen sensor has to replaced
by a new one.
4 Unscrew and remove the thread-

ed sleeve [A].
5 Remove the hydrogen sensor [B]
from the flow cell.
6 Dry the sensor membrane and the

flow cell with a soft paper tissue.
7 Flush the flow cell with hydrogen.

8 Stop hydrogen flow and dry the
flow cell.
9 Re-insert the hydrogen sensor into
the flow cell.
Make sure that the sensor
membrane is dry.
10 Start the hydrogen flow.

11 Press [Enter] to start the calibra-
tion measurement.
The saturation should reach 100%,

the saturation current should be about

2.0 A to 4.5 A. If the measuring val-
