While using IE client to view the DVR server a four partition blue window will be displayed. If
connect fails, the reasons possibly are:
①. The Web server port has been used by another program.
②. The ActiveX control was downloaded or installed incorrectly due to a file error or computer
security such as firewall or virus software.
