B.3 Advanced setup
USB ports per-port disable control
Follow the instruction below to enable or disable the USB Ports Per-port disable control.
1. Select USB Port Per-Port Disable control with the arrow keys and press Enter key.
2. Select Enabled/Disabled as you need and press Enter key in the active window pop-up.
3. Press F4 key and save the change.
This function is disabled as default. If you enabled the USB ports per-port control, you can
disable/enable each USB port as you need.
LAN and wakeup configuration
In LAN and wakeup configuration page, you can view and configure LAN and wakeup
parameters.
Launch RTK8111G LAN1 PXE OpROM/RTK8111G LAN2 PXE OpROM
Follow the instruction below to enable or disable the legacy boot option for TRL8111G
LANChip.
1. Select Launch RTK8111G LAN1 PXE OpROM/RTK8111G LAN2 PXE OpROM with the
arrow keys and press Enter key.
2. Select Enabled or Disabled as you need and press Enter key in the active window pop-
up.
3. Select Save changes and reset in the Save&Exit menu, and press the Enter key.
Resume on PCIE wake, PME/GbE
Follow the instruction below to enable or disable the specific resume function.
1. Select the specific resume function with the arrow keys and press Enter key.
2. Select Enabled, Disabled as you need and press Enter key in the active window pop-up.
3. Press F4 key and save the change.
Super IO configuration
In Super IO configuration page, you can view and configure super IO chip parameters.
Serial port 1 configuration
Follow the instruction below to enable or disable the serial port 1.
1. Select the port which you want to set with the arrow keys and press Enter key.
2. Select Enabled or Disabled as you need and press Enter key in the active window pop-
up.
3. The enabled port can select corresponding Change Setting and Device Mode and press
Enter key.
4. Press F4 key and save the change.
