13. Load the user's media to the printer.
14. Select the following menu items from the control panel.
Media Setup Customize Settings
15. Set [1.5] in Platen Gap.
16. Set [0.2mm] in Head Alignment
17. Select [Manual (Bi-D)] and press the [OK] button, then the adjustment pattern will
be printed.
18. Confirm the adjustment result (the pattern with the fewest printed lines) is around
"4".
19. Input the numbers selected in Step 18
the entries in the same way. When all entries are complete, the printer goes back to
"Ready".
20. Select the following menu items from the control panel.

22. Set [0.2mm] in Head Alignment
23. Select [Manual (Bi-D)] and press the [OK] button, then the adjustment pattern will
be printed.
24. Confirm the adjustment result (the pattern with the fewest printed lines) is around
"4".
25. Input the numbers selected in Step 24
the entries in the same way. When all entries are complete, the printer goes back to
"Ready".
