Light Ring and Power Level are Different
Symptom:
The light ring shows power level 12; the burner display shows a lower power
level number.
Cause:
All okay. Auto-boost is activated. The number shows the selected power level;
the light ring, the full output of auto-boost.
Remedy:
None.

Red Dot Lights Up
Symptom:
A red dot LED lights up next to the power level indication.
Cause:
This indicates an interim level when the power level range is set to 23 in
customer programming.
Remedy:
If necessary, set the power level range back to 12 (refer to Section 010-4.1).
Cause:
Programming fault; auto-boost is active. In service programming, the function P2.
(P 22) was mistakenly set to S0, which switched the light ring off. Auto-boost is
indicated by a dot next to the power level.
Remedy:
Set the programming function P2. (P 22) to S1 (refer to Section 010-4.1).

Touchpads Do Not React, Fault Code F + Signal Tone
Symptom:
Touchpad sensors do not react when touched. After a few seconds the cooktop
switches off. In one or more power level displays, fault code F flashes and a
signal tone sounds.
Cause:
Several touchpads were touched at the same time, by items left on the cooktop,
soiling, or inadvertent hand contact.
Remedy:
Remove the interference/soiling. If necessary, advise the customer on the correct
operation of the cooktop (refer to the operating instructions). The cooktop is
ready for use immediately.

Stop & Go Not Possible
Cause:
The stop & go function has been deactivated in customer programming.
Remedy:
Activate the stop & go function (refer to Section 010-4.1).
Cause:
The appliance is locked.
