Fuse Track on Filter/Control Electronic Burnt Through
Symptom:
Figure 010-8: Fuse Tracks on Filter/Control Electronics
A fuse track on one of the filter/control electronics has burnt through.
Cause:
Power electronic fault. Fuse tracks are installed at these points on each
filter/control electronic. If a fault occurs at the corresponding power electronic,
these may blow.
Remedy:
1. Check the transistors on the corresponding power electronic; see Section
010-4.13.
2. Replace the power electronic as necessary; refer to Section 010-4.9.
3. If the fuse tracks are burnt, also replace the filter/control electronic. See
Section 010-4.10).

Light Ring Not Illuminated
Symptom:
When the burner is switched on, the light ring does not light up. With expanded
power levels and auto-boost activated, "A" flashes in the burner display
alternately with the selected power level.
Cause:
Faulty programming. In service programming, the function P2. (P 22) was
mistakenly set to S0, which switched the light ring off.
Remedy:
Set the programming function P2. (P 22) to S1 (refer to Section 010-4.1).
Cause:
Wrong model programming.
Remedy:
Check the model programming and program the correct model as necessary
(refer to Section 010-4.1).
