2. Driver Selection. The drivers in Table II-4-1 are contained on the MSOS
binary source. Drivers that are nonapplicable to the installation hardware
availability should be deleted with a DELETE! statement.
The drivers are identified by unique program lengths on their IDC cards and
may be removed by cross-referencing the binary source listing and Table II-4-1.
All drivers placed in resident must have unique entry point names specified.
