When the COSTLINK or OVERLAY files are not being saved for future executions, the
CLOSE card with the appropriate file ordinal should be followed by FET and RELEASE
cards to remove the label from the file label directory.
To assign the PERT TIME summary (COSTLINK) file to magnetic tape, equip unit 7 to
a magnetic tape drive.
5.4.4 ALLOCATION OF FILES WITH PERT COST MASTER FILES ON MASS STORAGE
The control card examples illustrate the allocation of PERT COST files to an 854 Disk
Storage Drive. These cards must be in the order given. Refer to the MSOS Reference
Manual for complete format and discussion of control cards.
