5.4. Control unit (CU, fig. 5.4.)
Units with feedback switch and magnet valve for the pneumatic
control of the valve for assembly on the actuator are also available
in fieldbus technology.
The assembly of a control unit on a pneumatic actuator
is possible.
The following different designs are available:
