To install the USB Radio driver

If the USB Radio driver does not automatically install when you install SensorScan or SensorBuilder:

Go to http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm.

Scroll down until you see the Currently Supported VCP Drivers table.

Click the setup executable link shown below to download the driver.

Run the .exe file if it does not start automatically.
