To update the Wireless Adapter firmware

PREREQUISITES
• A USB thumb drive formatted as FAT32
•
Your computer has Internet access

Open SensorBuilder.

In the Driver pane, right-click on Wireless Adapter and then select Discover Devices.

In the Devices pane, select the Wireless Adapter that you want to update.

When SensorBuilder asks if you want to read the configuration, click Yes.

SensorBuilder will tell you that new firmware is available. Click the Create USB button.

When the Save dialog box appears, insert a USB thumb drive into your computer, and then save the firmware
file to it.

Open Windows Explorer, locate the USB thumb drive, and then verify that the file is on the drive.

Insert the USB thumb drive into the Wireless Adapter, wait 15–20 seconds, and then click the Update button
in SensorBuilder.

Click OK. The Wireless Adapter will reboot automatically.
10 In the Driver pane, right-click on Wireless Adapter and then select Discover Devices.
11 Check that SensorBuilder shows the new version of firmware.
