have the MAC address assigned to the unit on which you want to install the license. The
MAC address is located on the label attached to the bottom of the unit. Typically, a license
is issued within 24 hours of a valid request.

Installing a License on a ShoreTel VPN Concentrator

This section describes how to install a license on a ShoreTel VPN Concentrator.
Requirement
•
Valid license for the target VPN Concentrator, contained in a license key document.
•
The IP address that will provide web access to the target VPN Concentrator.
To install the license key:
1. Open the web configuration GUI.
2. Click System. The System Page opens.
3. Click View License Key. The License page opens.
4. Click the Edit License Key link.
5. In the License Key field, enter the license key as shown on the license key document.
6. Click Submit.

Note:
Licenses for ShoreTel VPN Concentrators are assigned to specific units.
You cannot install on or transfer to another unit for which the license
was not created.
