Troubleshoot with the Indicators
Recommended Action
Apply power to device.
None.
• Change chassis size to match number of
modules present.
• Replace missing module.
• Check for I/O Module failure and correct, as
needed.
• Set adapter chassis size.
• None.
• Check cable and connect, as needed.
• Complete firmware update.

2. If condition persists, replace device.
