Example with 'Num Starts Allowed set to 3' shown at two points in time.
Once at 16.00 o'clock and then 10 min. later.
Top:
The 1st and 2nd start were successful. The 3rd start command was given before the pause time was over and was ignored
therefore. Then the 5th start was ignored too because only 3 starts are allowed in the time window.
Bottom:
The same situation is shown 10 min. later. One start is possible again because the first start was already shifted out of the
monitoring window.
