The low voltage situation takes longer than the configured 'Dip Autorestart Window' which means the UMC switches
off the relay output. But the low voltage situation is shorter than the configured 'Dip Duration' so the motor gets
started automatically after an optional restart delay time (Parameter 'Dip Autorestart Enable=On). Otherwise it
