This submenu displays the following information of the CPU as detected by the
BIOS. It also allows the user to configure CPU settings.
Socket 1 CPU Information, Socket 2 CPU Information
This submenu displays the following information regarding the CPUs installed in
Socket 1 and Socket 2.
Type of CPU
CPU Signature
Microcode Patch
CPU Stepping
Maximum CPU Speed
Minimum CPU Speed
Processor Cores
Intel HT (Hyper-Threading) Technology
Intel VT-x Technology
Intel SMX Technology
L1 Data Cache
L1 Code Cache
L2 Cache
L3 Cache
CPU Speed
This item displays the speed of the CPU installed in Socket 1 or Socket 2.
64-bit
This item indicates if the CPU installed in Socket 1 or Socket 2 supports the 64-bit
technology.
Clock Spread Spectrum
Select Enable to enable Clock Spectrum support, which will allow the BIOS to
monitor and attempt to reduce the level of Electromagnetic Interference caused by
the components whenever needed. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
RTID (Record Types IDs)
This feature displays the total number of Record Type IDs for local and remote
pools. The options are Optimal and Alternate.
