Method
 Mix ½ cup (100 g) yogurt with 4 cups
(1 liter) of milk or make up the mixture
with yogurt starter powder, following
the instructions on the packaging.
 Pour the mixture into glass jars and
seal them.
 Place the sealed jars in a cooking
pan. Ensure that they do not touch
one another.
 Immediately after the yogurt has
been made, place the jars in the re‐
frigerator, taking care not to move
them unnecessarily.
