Method
Mix ½ cup (100 g) yogurt with 4 cups
(1 liter) of milk or make up the mixture
with yogurt starter powder, following
the instructions on the packaging.
Pour the mixture into glass jars and
seal them.
Place the sealed jars in a cooking
pan. Ensure that they do not touch
one another.
Immediately after the yogurt has
been made, place the jars in the re‐
frigerator, taking care not to move
them unnecessarily.
