Method
 Moisten the towels and then roll them
up.
 Place them beside one another in a
perforated cooking pan.

Method
 Loosen the lid and place the jar of

Preparing Custard Royale

Method
 Mix 6 eggs with 1/2 cups / 375 ml
milk (do not beat until foamy).
 Season the egg/milk mixture and
pour into a solid cooking pan greased
with butter.
