Method
 Place the rice in the steam oven first.
 Set the first cooking duration: 14 mi‐
nutes.
 After 14 minutes, place the tilapia in
the steam oven.
 Set the second cooking duration: 2
minutes.
 After 2 minutes, place the broccoli in
the steam oven.
 Set the third cooking duration: 4 mi‐
