5.2.11 Output data length
Adds output data length given at reading excluding the header, terminator and
BCC to sybmol data. There are two types of output digits: 4 digits and 5 digits.
If the number of digits of output data is less than 4 digits or 5 digits, add 0 to the
beginning.
