MVX1000 Restart

The MVX1000 Restart is used for shutting down or restarting the MVX1000 Unit. The MVX1000 Restart
operation is mainly used by system administrators for maintenance operations and may not be available
for the user.

Logout from or Login to MVX1000 System

This feature performs user authentication for entering the in-car MVX1000 system (see
2-3).
To login or logout of the system, tap the Logout/Login Button.

Front/Rear View Camera Zoom Control

Tap the Controls tab (beneath the center Live View Frame) to access and control the zoom of the
Front/Rear View Camera selected on the Live View Frame. The camera maintains the manual zoom
settings until a future change is made.
The Passenger Camera has a fixed lens that can not be adjusted. The camera has a wide angle
NOTE
lens (82º horizontal and 125º diagonal field of view) and an automatic Infrared (IR) capability that
provides door-to-door viewing of the rear passenger seat under any lighting condition.

Auto Zoom

Tap the Auto Zoom Button for a quick zoom into the license plate of the vehicle in the front or back. The
camera remains zoomed in for a few seconds and then returns to its normal zoom level.

Zoom In

To zoom in the Front/Rear View Camera, tap or press and hold the Zoom In Button.
The maximum zoom level is configured during installation, and the you may zoom in to that limit only.

Zoom Out

To zoom out the Front/Rear View Camera, tap or press and hold the Zoom Out Button.
