Sensors Mode Screen

The Sensors Mode Screen displays the status of sensors (input devices) as recorded during an incident.
Sensors installed inside the vehicle trigger recording and provide metadata to the MVX1000 for pre and
post event evidentiary purposes. The MVX1000 automatically creates a notification in the playback
timeline each time a signal is received from a sensor. The Sensors Mode enables you to review the
recorded status of each sensor during an incident.
Your vehicle system may have up to eight sensors installed. Usually, all connected sensors are labeled
and identified on the Sensors screen (Passenger Door Lock, Crash Sensor, Siren, Brakes etc). Non connected
input ports are labeled GPIO # (General Purpose Input Output).
An Off status of a sensor indicates a non active sensor. An ON status of a sensor indicates an active
sensor.
