LINE TRACKING FAILURE
The analyzer has detected a spectroscopy
error with one of the following causes:
 Unknown process gas in process
 Incorrect wavelength
 The operating temperature of the
transmitter unit is outside the permit-
ted range
 Analyzer malfunction

RX WRITE FAIL
Data transmission between the transmit-
ter unit and receiver unit is disrupted.

RX READ FAIL
Data transmission between the transmit-
ter unit and receiver unit is disrupted.

TX FIRMWARE TOO OLD
The transmitter unit has an earlier version
of the firmware that is not compatible
with the device software.

TX FIRMWARE TOO NEW
The transmitter unit has a later version of
the firmware that is not compatible with
the device software.

RX FIRMWARE TOO OLD
The receiver unit has an earlier version of
the firmware that is not compatible with

How to resolve the error
 Disconnect the analyzer from the sup-
ply voltage. Apply test gas (in the pro-
cess or in a validation cell). For the test
gas, use a gas mixture that contains the
measured component in a concentra-
tion suitable for generating a signifi-
cant change in the measured value dis-
play. Initialize the analyzer.
 If the error message occurs again, con-
tact the authorized service personnel.
 Check and repair the electrical connec-
tion between the transmitter unit and
receiver unit
 Check and repair the electrical connec-
tion between the transmitter unit and
receiver unit
 Contact the authorized service person-
nel.
