7.12.1 Removing/installing the protective pads
The protective pads can be removed for cleaning.
1) Open the hook-and-loop closures and remove the protective pads (illustration see previous section).
2) After cleaning (see Page 26): Secure the protective pads on the wheelchair again, respectively with the
hook-and-loop fasteners to prevent slipping.
7.13 Additional add-on components
Depending on the version, the wheelchair may be equipped with additional add-on components.

Steel component on the Rugby Defender version (see Fig. 51). This wear part can be unscrewed and replaced if
required (see Fig. 52, item 1).
