SECTION 4 - MACHINE OPERATION

Raising and Lowering the Tower Boom

To raise or lower the Tower Boom, position Tower Boom Lift
switch to Up or Down until desired height is reached.

Raising and Lowering the Main Boom

To raise or lower the Main Boom, use Main Boom Lift controller to
select UP or DOWN movement.

Telescoping the Main Boom

To extend or retract the main boom, use the Main Telescope Con-
trol Switch to select IN or OUT movement.

FUNCTION SPEED CONTROL

This control affects the speed of telescope, tower boom lift and
jib lift. Turning the knob all the way counterclockwise until it
clicks puts drive, main lift, platform rotate, and swing into creep
mode.
