The imager could not open the film cartridge.
Press the Open Door key on the local Panel to open
the front door. Make sure that the cartridge is
installed correctly (not backward). Close the door
and try again. If the error recurs, call for service.
The imager could not close the film cartridge.

The Service Override switch is ON. The imager
cannot expose film. (This switch is used only by
service technicians.)
