DANGER: To reduce the risk of electric shock, read the following:  Always unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet immediately after usage. Also unplug the treadmill before cleaning, assembling, or servicing.
  • Page 7 IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES  Keep the electrical cord away from heated surfaces.  Never insert any object into any opening.  Keep the treadmill on a solid, level surface with a minimum safety area clearance of 6 square feet around the treadmill. Be sure the area around the treadmill remains clear during use and has adequate clearance.

If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current reducing the risk of electric shock. * This treadmill is equipped with a cord having equipment grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

    ASSEMBLY Tool: 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver 1. Installing the Handlebar Support Tube Frame As you are installing the Handlebar Support Tube Frame (75), connect the Sensor Cable II (30) from the inside of the Handlebar Support Tube Frame (75) to the Sensor Cable I (29) which is inside the right side of the Stabilizer (57).

    ASSEMBLY Tool: 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver 2. Installing the Stabilizer Support Tube Covers Lift up the Main Frame (1), and attach both Right/Left Stabilizer Support Tube Covers (76R, 76L) onto the Stabilizer (57) using four Washers (88), four Self Tapping Screws (89). Tighten the Self Tapping Screws (89) with the 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
  • Page 16 ASSEMBLY Tool: 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver 3. Installing the End Caps Attach the Rear Right End Cap (3R) onto the Right Side Rail (50R) with two Self-Tapping Screws (7). Tighten the Self-Tapping Screws (7) with the 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

Installing the Right Side Handlebar, Speed and Hand Pulse Sensors Connect the Speed Buttons and Hand Pulse Sensor with Wires (63) from the Right Handlebar (85R) to the Pulse Extension Wire (100) and Control Button Extension Wire (101) from the right side of the Handlebar Support Tube Frame (75).

    ASSEMBLY Tool: 5mm Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver Left Table Hinge Right Table Hinge 6. Installing the Hinges Install both the Right/Left Table Hinges (79R/79L) to the right and left sides of the Handlebar Support Tube Frame (75). Then attach the Table (64) onto both the Right/Left Table Hinges (79R/79L) with four Hexagon Socket Head Cap Bolts (86).

    COMPUTER Quick Start: Flip the Power Switch that is located at the front of the treadmill to the ON position. The treadmill will self-test for 2 seconds on startup and then the speed setting will show up after a 2 second long beep.

Also to make decreasing adjustments for pre-setting target training time, distance, or calories in manual mode.     OPERATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS Adjusting the Angle of the Table The table has 4 different adjustment angles of incline that can be set. Ensure the Knob (74) is securely tightened to prevent the table from collapsing and damaging anything. NOTE: While desk top completely folded down, the treadmill can be used as a regular treadmill without losing functionality.
  • Page 26 OPERATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS SETTING DOWN THE TREADMILL Remove the Knob (74) from the back of the Table (64). Lift both Table (64) and Table Angle Adjustment Tube (68) up. Then slot the Table Angle Adjustment Tube (68) into the Table Angle Adjuster (70) which is under the Table (64).

    STORAGE FOLDING UP THE TREADMILL Firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Carefully lift the end of the treadmill up into the upright position until the Spring Knob (23) "pops" into the locked position. Remove the Knob (74) from the Table Angle Adjustment Tube (68).

    MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING Belt Adjustment: The belt tension is properly set before shipping. The belt may come loose during transportation and/or from use. After prolonged use of the treadmill, the belt will stretch out. If the belt begins shifting away from the center, turn on the main power switch of the treadmill and let the belt run at a speed of 1-1.5 MPH.
