SVMi-20i
This chapter describes the SVMi-20i overview and specifications.
The SVMi-20i is designed to meet the demands of the sophisticated voice
mail user without sacrificing simplicity. The SVMi-20i is a self contained plug
in (In-Skin) Auto Attendant (AA) and Voice Mail (VM) card.
The SVMi-20i is made to work exclusively for the OfficeServ 7000 series

systems.
The SVMi-20i may act as an AA system only, a VM system only, or both.

The SVMi-20i can connect to IP enabled phones and trunks without MGI

card.
The SVMi-20i can handle 4 calls simultaneously without license.

It can handle up to 20 concurrent calls by adding a license.
