sudden stop of motor: no brake resistance.
Solution methods: external attach brake resistance.
(7) Possible causes for triggering low-voltage
alarm by high speed start: poor line-
voltage regulation. Solution methods:
replace it with a high quality switching
power supply.
(8)Possible causes for that the drive cannot receive pulses and stop after short-time
running: SW1=0 and SW2=0, the signal is filtered when its frequency is higher
than 100KHz. Solution methods: set SW1 and SW2 at 11.
(9) The serial port cannot be connected, as shown in the picture:
Possible causes:
1. Choose a wrong serial port.
2. Solution methods for install USB converter drive
program improperly:
Method 1: check the "device manager" and chose a correct port.
Method 2: reinstall USB to serial port or USB to 485 drive program.
