Define the motor enable shaft locking (input terminal
SON switched from OFF to ON); till the delay time of
open the brake. (output terminal BRK switched from
OFF to ON);
This parameter is used to switch from brake shaft
locking to motor enable shaft locking smoothly when
the motor is electrified;
